Theresa was instrumental in helping us with all of the design needs for our home. When we decided to sell our home …we were thrilled with the changes she made to our house and needless to say our home sold very quickly with many compliments on the décor!
Now it was time to build our new home and Theresa expertly guided us in the selection of interior and exterior design. We were aware of the level of stress and decision making when building, but the knowledge provided by Theresa made the building process smooth and dare I say, enjoyable. Theresa at Dusk to Dawn Interiors has coordinated the redecorating and refurbishing of at least 4 Condominium Buildings that we manage. She would present a design, (based on the clients’ needs) to the Board of Directors, and once approved for both aesthetics and budget, would coordinate and oversee the entire project from start to finish.
The jobs included were large scale projects such as the complete remodeling and refurbishing of the Lobby, hallways and common room in Maple Crest Tower and Lobby at Marina Park, to the smaller revamping of the Lobby at Hillcrest Condominiums. The Lobby and hallways of McVicar Estates was finished a few years ago, still very much enjoyed by the owners.
What this does for both the Management and Boards, is take the entire burden off of both parties, as none of us have the expertise required to coordinate these types of projects. Dusk to Dawn Interiors also supervises the installation and construction as it applies and reports back to the Board and Management accordingly.
